Silver Medal for Record of No Accidents
Safety and comfort at the workplace are important for our employees and their families. They are also a basis for enhancing our human potential. We have achieved a record 3,400 consecutive days with no accidents as a result of the health and safety initiatives of our employee’s teamwork, culminating in our receiving a silver medal from the Japan Industrial Safety & Health Association.

Gender Equality
It is important to have an environment where men and women can fulfill their full potential in order to realize a life where men and women feel a sense of security and purpose. In July 2017 HSN-KIKAI KOGYO entered into an agreement with Hyogo Prefecture towards building a society where men and women can work together.
Club Activities
Our club activities are aimed at promoting friendship among employees, and now include a Golf Club, a Fishing Club, a Tampopo Club (gardening), and a Bike Touring Club.
Employee Society
We hold an anniversary ceremony to commemorate the founding of our company every year.

We have been selected as one of the Most Active 300 Small and Medium Sized Corporations by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency in 2009 in recognition of our manufacturing and sales of environmentally friendly products.
